Struts, shocks, wheel bearings, brakes pads, same rotors....
Normal wear and tear stuff so far. Other than hybrid battery, 12v battery,
The brake pump is cycling every 20 seconds, so I know it's on it's last leg.
I'm thinking of replacing the engine with a hybrid pit one and do the brakes at the same time.
I think it will be easier with the engine out...

wow that’s a lot of things done compared to mine.im still on original brake pads and rotors, no major suspension work yet. Just basic maintenance so far besides the HG.

That's astounding. Depends on the driving I guess.

mines mostly freeway driving, the pads still look like it’s 4mm and rotors still look good, no issues with the brakes so far. The brake fluids low and I haven’t added fluids to it lol. Maybe I’ll do it later.

The brake fluid is low because the pads have worn, and the rotors a little.
I've changed front pads 3 times, but I think the first set I got weren't actually Toyota pads.
I think they were the cheap chinese copies. They didn't last very long.
But the ones I have now I bought from Toyota.
The rears I've replaced once. I did buy them from Toyota.
I'd be willing to bet that if you replaced the struts and shocks, you'd notice the difference. (y)
I just did mine because I had about 200,000 miles on them. HUGE difference.

335k miles still on original rotors and front pads. Changed rear pads only because one rear hub was noisy and was being replaced. Original water pumps and only two egr cleanups, first time with new cooler, the second time with revised egr valve and software.

    At least ten coolant changes.

I would replace my suspensions but I haven’t had any issues driving. I’m sure new suspensions feels much better than 200k mile ones, I’ll check next time to see if it’s all good with no leaks. I’m waiting to change out the HV battery next or the brake actuator that everyone’s having to change out.

The brake booster pump and actuator were in voluntary campaign a few years ago, but i think it's already over.
The suspension wear rate depends highly on how the car was driven and road condition. The rear shocks will probably need replacement first, and easy to do.
I'm still debating if Prius brake fluid ever need replacement if moisture content <2% even after 14y.

I have a V wagon with 215k. Brakes front rotors pads 118k. All those Santa Cruz trips hard on my rotors bad shaking. Did HG at 188k. Never overheated just turned out of a driveway and did the stumbles. Already knew what that meant. Cleaned EGR circuit intake at 75k. Tune up coolant change at 100k. I checked the egr cooler at 150k still clean surprisingly. Doesn't burn oil I think thats the key. During covid I tried to lower it but they ended up sending 3 different springs. 128k changed out struts shocks with Tein enduro pro. I'll throw a few pics for your guys enjoyment and face palm. Yes it's still going almost 30k ago. Had a bad rattle. Ended up being the heat shield on top of first catalytic converter was loose. Keep up the great videos.

Nice peaces of metals. I wonder where it comes from. Something on the oil pan is always a bad sign. The pulley is broken from a big impact or something?
