prius issue on and off P0A93 P2238

hi everyone
I have this issue going on and off
2007 prius with ton of miles

on the freeway cruising at 65mph
I feel sometimes like the power going up and down but very very very slighlty

other times
i get the red triangle with the exlamation car logo on the screen
still cruising at 65 mph I ear the engine reving up without going faster , i lift the feet off the pedal and press back back and it goes away
yesterday , at one point I had no more engine assist , the engine was not kicking in , i was only on the battery system , i pull over , turn it off and then on and it when away and i kept driving

P0A93 ( i had this code few months ago with same sysmptoms and replace the invereted pump )

now the symptoms came back but with an additional code

P2238



what do you guys think ?
