Hello all, I recently changed the transmission fluid on my 2014 Prius V at 104k miles. After draining the old fluid and filling it with Toyota ATF WS, it took only 3 qts (started flowing out of the fill hole just as I finished pouring the third bottle). I poured the old fluid into the bottles and it filled them up exactly with no excess. I did this all on level jack stands as suggested here. I then drove around a bit and didn't have any issues. I'm thinking to check the level again tomorrow to make sure everything is ok. Should I be concerned about this? I read that the eCVT should take ~3.6-3.8 qts. Thanks.
It's suppose to be closer to 3.5 quarts. That's the way it was on both my Prime and old Prius C. If your sure that you put in the same amount that you extracted - you should be fine. Good Luck.....
