    Hello all

My wife’s 2013 Prius just developed a p2616 code which is cam sensor. I replaced the cam sensor, reset the code. She drove it for a bit and it reappeared.

    Wiring looks good

    what next?

    thank you

Double check the code you are reading. I think P2616 is not a valid code for a 2013 Prius.

    What scanner are you using?

P2616 isn't in the 2010 repair manual PDF that floats around the internet, but it's possible Toyota could have added it in a later year.

All P2 codes are standardized by SAE, and in a list of those codes it has the fortune cookie "Camshaft Position Signal Output Circuit High".
