I have been battling to restore a flooded 2015 Prius, for some time now, without some success though. All modules, or ECUs, have been replaced, including the multiplex fusebox at the driver side kick panel, the power management control module, and smart key module, including some of the floor wiring harness on both driver and passenger sides. Everything, especially the power control module, and smart key ECU, has been programmed. Now, the key light keeps blinking, thereby preventing the car from starting. 1. On this model of Prius 2015, someone on here concurred that this Prius for USA spec, doesn't have an ID code box ECU, like the European models. 2. Was there any module that we left out during programming, that the key light keeps blinking? PS: the blue coloured smart key ECU is the damaged one, while the red coloured one, the one we replaced.
