Reset my Infotainment sytem?

    I bought a used 2014 Prius V with 52K miles. The previous owner took it to the dealership for everything. However, when got it home and tried to add my cell phone, I got this nasty screen. Help and thanks!

    Looks like a failure of the Harmon extension box, mounted below and cabled to the head unit.

    you could try pulling the fuse, or disconnecting the 12 volt negative for a minute
