here is an update. Just banging my head against the wall. Took it back to the hybrid specialist. they went through it and last week their master technician was out so they had him work on it today,He said it was the fob and I needed a new master key. they sent me back to the lock smith.
I went to the one they said to go to. They tested my fob said it was ok and the were going to program an after market key but they did think it would work.
I did have them do it. I went back to the hybrid specialist and they programed me a used key so I would have 2 keys. I was told the dealership had access to codes they did have access to and to go to the dealership.
I called a Master toyota technician in florence sc that I had used in the past. He use to work at the dealership. He told me to go to the stealership.

I am in Flporida for the winter, Can someone reccommend a dealership in south fl. All the ones I have had encounter with I don't like.

Try n find an electronic locksmith that has a londsor K518 fcv and the 4 colored transfer remotes . You'll need the green one for this model . You need to have a un programmed fob see UHS supply .
