With a 12 volt only in the car no hybrid battery at all. I can get neutral or not ? To move or push vehicle ?

I'll try it in the morning I walked up to a three year sitting 07 today dead zero 12V . But hybrid battery is a replacement real. Panasonic it's sitting ay 176.56V. connected to vehicle still . The rest of cars interior is 9 of 10 the exterior is disaster no rust. I took battery. I need to check if I can get neutral w just 12v in car .
