    Good evening, whosoever,

About a year ago, I was plugging in a USB drive to listen to the audio files on it when abruptly the USB audio function and Bluetooth audio function ceased to work. Although I can connect my telephone (iPhone SE 2020) to the system and make/receive calls, I cannot play any music whatsoever though Bluetooth or USB. The USB port still supplies power, and the AM, FM, AUX and CD/MP3 functions still work perfectly. How can I remedy this problem? I have looked around the internet, but have found no conclusions except to "update the software."

(Yes, I reseated the battery. No change.)

When I attempted to find the update, I couldn't find a software file to download on the Toyota site nor anywhere else. If updating is the answer, could someone direct me to a link to download it?

    Thank you.

The bottom module on the 57011 has been known to go bad. Buy the whole thing.

Replaced the YY050 below the 57011, got APPS, MAPS, and Bluetooth back, but the USB port is still INOP.

Anyone know whether the TOYOTA Prius V AUX USB INPUT PORT P/N 86190-48030 installed in the lower front console has an integral fuse or fusible link?

This happened to me recently as well on my 2012 Prius V - Bluetooth and USB Aux port worked fine one day, then were dead the next. Not sure if it was an iPhone OS update or hardware failure (?). What is the best solution for getting the USB Aux port to work again? Should I bring it into the Toyota dealership (I'm about to gift this car to my daughter and want it all working right)?

As noted above, Replaced the YY050 extension box below the 57011, got APPS, MAPS, and Bluetooth back, but the USB port is still INOP.
