whats the best code reader , for 11 pruis to see all the codes

    whats the most affordable code reader that i can buy to get all the codes.
    i think i have a bad invertor pump. i have a cheap bluetooth one.

    This will read ALL codes like SRS and ABS etc. and a lot of other functions like ABS bleeding, key programming etc
