Rear-facing car seats (2) - how deep are the back side seats?

I’m looking at a few rear-facing car seat ideas and all have allowable overhang measurements. Do we have an official depth of the back side seats? I’m trying to find ones that will work on either side (yay twins!). Has anyone bought ones you live recently (with the new side impact specifications)? Would love some advice.
