221k mile 2010 prius no crank no start. U0293, u0100, C2309. P-lock displayed on dash and all shifter display flashes. Also hybrid battery shows no bars (no charge). No codes can be cleared. And hybrid and cruise do not show on scanner or techstream.
Had similar issue after replacing ignition coils and spark plugs with “Amazon” kit. Engine bucked and shook pretty badly. Then it went into P Lock mode. Could not crank, could not shift, could not get communication on OBD scan. Battery was low, just under 12 volts, so replaced it. But that did not solve the problem. Found that the Amazon kit was faulty (short) and that blew the AG2 20amp low profile mini fuse, located in the under hood fuse box, slot 40 I think. I replaced the fuse ($1) Then re-replaced coils and plugs with aftermarket parts from autozone (approx $300). Working well now. No P Lock, no misfiring.
