engine can not start Prius Gen1 2003

    HV battery has been reconditioned, fuel pump checked for corect pressure, fuel injectors cleaned but still not start. Now checking oxygen sensors and see. Any suggestions? 212k km

    HV battery reconditioned...how long has the battery been out of use? The reason I ask is because the HV battery probably needs to be charged. From what was explained to me that's how our 1st Gen charges the HV battery...when the front tires are in motion.
