yes, there is a customer service number in the o/m. give them a call, and ask for goodwill warranty. all the best!
First of all, Toyota won't replace it - they will send you to a windshield repair place. At least that was my experience. I don't like badmouthing companies on here, my experience is just 1 datapoint, but if you go to Safelite, which many people will tell you to do, I highly recommend pricing out other options as well.
