Need a more comfortable ride.

    Hi. I just bought a 2012 Prius Four. It had snows on it so had mechanic put on new tires. Now car rides terrible. So today I had a separate tire shop balance the tires and do an alignment. Still doesn't ride very well. I feel every bump. Is it just the car itself or could something be wrong? It rode better on the snows. Should I get better tires?

    Feeling every bump can be a sign of bad suspension parts. Also the 17" tires will not ride as well as a 15" tire. So you can try downgrading to a smaller tire with a bigger side wall
