Yes, I believe it does.

I like the Autel AP200 because it is small and inexpensive, and it can easily be stored in the Prius so that it is available whenever I need it. I always carry my cell phone, which has the Autel app installed, when I travel.

I also have Techstream, and I like the user interface better than the Autel AP200 app. Techstream software needs to be installed onto a laptop computer. I use it at home. I normally do not carry that old laptop in the car when I am traveling.

There are many other scanners that are capable of reading freeze frame data. They are priced from a few hundred dollars all the way up to thousands of dollars.
