I was entering the freeway the other day and as soon as i stepped on the gas to speed up i felt a hipcup/pop sound, all dash warning came on and lost power right then but had the engine running. I exited off and pulled over, turn off the car, then restarted it. All the warning lights were still on and the engine came on so i pretty much slowly limped home a few miles away. This NEW Hybrid Battery was Recently installed and everything was working fine till i hit the gas that day. I noticed that on any street that i had to go up the engine would really rev up and if i let off some on the gas it would calm down. Anyway i'm thinking those codes are telling me its a burnt out (for some reason) Inverter/Converter Unit. I tried to erase the codes but they just came right back on.
Anyone have this happen too? I'm not sure whats going on if its a issue with connections at the new battery then i can take it back to the shop BUT my worry is upselling and or saying whatever to make money off me as it goes. I like to know more about what i might be dealing with. If it happens to be the unit itself then i will replace it myself and of course be very safe about it. Anyway... Thanks in advance guys.

and that is the luckiest thing to happen to you all year, because the code entitles you to free repair under the warranty extension, which would be out of your pocket if you'd managed to clear the code.

Was it inverter G9200-47190 or something else in the end?

    I also had P0A7A, P324E and P0A94
The recovery guy cleared the codes. The P0A7A and P324E are gone but P0A94 is still there. The car is in the limp mode.
I am looking to purchase the G9200-47190 inverter to replace myself, my only hope is that this is not the transaxle.

The inverter is covered by a 20-year Toyota extended warranty. If code P0A94 is current/active, it will be replaced by Toyota dealership for free. Toyota will even pay for towing to the dealership if needed. I will post a link with more information in a few minutes.

I don't know if those US warranty enhancements will apply in "Kent", though.

I suppose there could be many "Kent"s.
