Pressures in this line are the highest in the system. Assuming you are not dealing with a previously replaced compressor due to a burn out, I would buy another used oem discharge line instead of a low cost aftermarket. Be sure the u bend is not being twisted or forced to install the line because of poor alignment.

The engine is unloaded at startup. High load operation is more likely to move the engine.

I'm not sure how they could test a motor mount other than a visual test. There's no way anybody is strong enough to try to wiggle that?
But, we put the V in diagnostic mode
While watching the mount and motor itself. Then we floored it and the engine barely moved. Even less than you would see on any vehicle (I assume the reason of some component of the mount is rubber to account for the torque)
I've already spent $100 in parts 40 in 134a,
I really don't have money to go to the Toyota dealer and have them charge me $175 to walk in the door and then another 175 to diagnose and then God knows how many hours labor and he will probably replace some parts that really don't need replacing. ( I know this happens at dealers, I have a nephew who worked at one)
So I really don't know what to try next

There's a rubber hose section that should absorb most of the torsion; but if the hose is clamped down in the wrong place, rotated taunt - the rubber section can't do it's job. Look at the condenser too; the other end of that hose. It could be flopping around, causing tension at that stress point.
FWIW; I've seen aftermarket parts not angled correctly, slightly too short for application - that would cause such a repeated failure. The installing technician doesn't notice and just installs the part. If the technician rotates the ends to get everything to line up - they've just stiffened the rubber section that's suppose to absorb the vibration stress during operations.

PS are they refilling the system by weight or pressure? I believe that's a variable speed compressor, so it should be filled by weight.

I couldn't find the hose from the condenser that you speak ofu have a diagram I can

Art Jay Parker sent a blown up parts diagram and I don't see the hose you speak up on that and I didn't see it on the car. I will put it back up on ramps and look at stuff again. I had the bumper all the way off because I had to fix a fog light. This also gave me a better access to the front portion of the installed line
