P3193 and P0A0F code

That is one ugly (as in tragic) picture! Mistakes like that lead to a lot of issues. A box wrench is better but if a socket can be fit, then that would certainly make it easier. As for the throttle control - the person already cleaned the throttle throat so I was suggesting another possible thing to check if that did not clear up his issues.
Through it is good policy to use a rag w/cleaner to reduce the amount that might get into the intake manifold. I've read that cleaner can be harmful for the catalysis but no idea if valid.
The issue of the ECM relearning about the throttle position is interesting and something I did not suspect.
