How did we miss this one? "Visionary Vehicles", Malcolm Bricklin's latest venture is targeting a PHEV for 2009, and he says he's going to do it for 20-30% less than a gas car. I like the idea of a PHEV for the masses but the path this execution might take is a little concerning. A fiasco here in the PHEV's infancy could tarnish the concept in the eyes of the public and prevent it from ever getting off the ground. Hopefully that won't happen.
