Upon reading the thread topics, I thought you meant the Pres. I was ready to read the link and witness yet another declaration of how much he's doing for the environment, when it's actually veiled in misinformation. Too bad she doesn't have more of an influence on the Pres.
Of course, I thought your post was a different member of the family. Good for Lauren. That's one of the things that kills me. The ranch in Crawford where uncle (or cousin or whatever) lives is a great example of an eco-friendly house in many ways. The house has geothermal heating and cooling. Rainwater and household wastewater are reused for irrigation, etc. Dubya apparently has no qualms about pushing his personal agenda on any issue EXCEPT his alleged environmentalism. I guess it's fake. Maybe he outfitted the ranch as he did for good publicity.
