sorry if this is not in the right place but I did a quick google search for hybrid forums and this popped up. I thought this might be the correct forum since I've seen other posts about the Chevrolet Volt. I don't mean to spam or come in to somebody else's "backyard" per say but I am interested in a Chevrolet Volt Forum similar to this? If people know of any such web-site that would be great if they could repost it. Again, I don't want to spam, I'm just interested in finding out more information regarding the movement towards alternative fuel vehicles and hybrids!

I actually found a site but there does not seem to be much going on right now. http://www.chevyvoltforum.com/
No no noooo. Go to "my time machine" forum ... BTW, my time machine WILL be ready first!
Against my better judgment I clicked the link (better judgment referring only to clicking on links at work you know nothing about but as a Mod if it weren't on the up-n-up I would need to remove it). Looks like a forum just like PriusChat. What's with the "Saturn EV1" forum?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(TonyPSchaefer @ Mar 30 2007, 02:11 PM) </div> I wonder how long it took malorn to set that site up? And ... I wonder how many forum i.d.'s he has!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(efusco @ Mar 30 2007, 08:52 PM) </div> Thanks for the link, Evan. I LOVE my Prius. However, if Toyota doesn't come up with a PHEV Prius like car, I'm heading for the Volt! George
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(George K @ Mar 30 2007, 11:00 PM) </div> Why? Have you owned a GM / Chevy lately? You'd have to doubt the quality. BTW, I'll sell my daughter's Cavalier to you ... CHEEP! Then you can experience GM quality for your self.
Interestingly, just today I got an e-mail from Chevy about the new forum they've set up.... http://www.gm-volt.com/volt-discussion/
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(efusco @ Mar 31 2007, 07:26 PM) </div> Was it actually from Chevrolet? Can you repost the e-mail here? I'm curious what it said.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Volty @ Mar 31 2007, 06:37 PM) </div> I'd registered at the Volt site and asked for updates. This was from Chevy (note the url). Here's the text of the e-mail.... Dear Chevy Volt enthusiast GM-Volt.com is pleased to announce our new discussion forum. Check it out at http://www.gm-volt.com/volt-discussion/ You can log on, enter responses, or start new discussions. Lets keep the momentum building! Sincerely Jay Davis Moderator, gm-volt.com
Unfortunately the web-site seems to be one that is a non official GM web-site. The picture used is not of the best quality and I am sure the company would put something better up. The one thing I find interested is the Chevy Volt Forum seems to be offering updates on the progress of the Volt, as they make it seem like they might be working with GM? Who knows but I'm going to try to win my Volt Press kit from that site!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Volty @ Mar 31 2007, 06:54 PM) </div> I agree with you upon a second look....I don't think this is an official GM forum. Not sure how they got my name/e-mail.
No, gm-volt.com is definitely NOT a GM site. It's registrar is SCHLUND+PARTNER AG a bulk registrar in Germany. GM.com uses Mark Monitor Inc., a mark protecting registrar in the US, to protect its name. I love those zombie faces on the Mark Monitor site, they all look like they are programmed to drive GM cars.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Bill Merchant @ Apr 1 2007, 02:52 AM) </div> They're kinda 'Stepford-esq'. But not as creepy as the Creepy EV1 commercial that GM made back in the '90s.
