Not sure whether to post this here or under "appearance and modifications" so I'll do both. Does anyone out there know if there are adhesive door sill protectors for Prius? I'd like something, preferably hard rubber, to cover the plastic at the door sill which is getting scuffed. Seems to me I remember such items for my VW Rabbit years ago. One thought I had was to see if my local Marine hardware store might have some sort of non-skid type of material. Non skid isn't required, though; just something to keep the plastic from being trashed. Bob
Bob, The company that puts on the clear bra film has this product. Their site is http://cleararmorinc.com/ . "Gen2" has this on his Prius and it looks very good and also does a great job of keeping those nasty finger scrapes from happening.
