It was passing me on the freeway in Chula Vista (So. San Diego) as I was getting off. It caught my eye because of the clear rear light package. Couldn't make a positive ID of the name plate but the vanity plate was "GREENER". Are there test or demo cars around?
It could possibly been a manufacturer's demo. Last week I heard that delivery to customers is delayed till spring. Something about panasonic not being able to deliver enough batteries for production earlier.
Ron.. I would think a vanity plate isn't a dealer or Manufacturers plate... more likely a happy driver like you and me... maybe even someone on priuschat, who will come forward and say hi..... Bob Andersen
