I briefly test drove today a 1996 Prius (Package #6) with 10,820 miles. It is at a Toyota dealership listed for $21,988. I've checked out Kelly's and Edmunds; overall, is this a great deal or is there room for negotiation? Also, what protection/assurance does a Certified status have? This vehicle currently is not noted as having this; should I push for that certification during negotiations? Tomorrow I am going for a second test drive. Any feedback would be appreciated.
