Just purchased 2007 Prius on Sunday and a red icon flashes on the dash when the car is turned off. I don't have an alarm system but the manual says its the engine immobilzer and supposedly doesn't start flashing till the car is turned off and the driver door is opened. Mine does it as soon as the car is turned off. Anyone have any experiences with this flashing icon?

If you have the smart key system, it is telling you that the car see's the key and is able to start and run ok.
