I would like to be able to play internet radio in my car. It does not currently have bluetooth but lets for a moment assume that was enabled. Is there anyway to reliably access the web in a city with good coverage while in the car?

just did this driving from SF to San Diego using a laptop and a samsung blackjack, was perfect most of the way down the 5, and the wife was able to finish here homework online. I can also just use my phone to stream music if you don't have a laptop.
