Interesting. I took note to something specific: "Sponge tape" being used to block off the top and bottom grills....
Sheesh! Reading that translation is about as strange as reading the random phrases that they stuff into spam emails.
Let me try my hand at translating it from google-blarg to engrish: Modded an upgrade for better protection against the cold: This entails blocking the top and bottom grill with sponge tape, kinda like the Nissan rider (type of car?). It actually looks groovy when you look at it. At low speeds, it acts like insulation and at high speeds, a little wind is let through to cool the ICE, which is the idea. This helps protect against burning gas to keep heating the engine.
Now I know who translated the manual. I like this line: Ultra good fuel economy at time of town riding and procrastination. This is the first time I've seen a car procrastinate. 0-60 in 15 seconds. It's not slow. It's procrastinating.

(http://www.engrish.com/makingengrish.php) using Babelfish. I've mentioned some of the really poor machine translations of Japanese to English to Japanese people and asked them if the grammar is really that different from English. They said yes.
