I don't doubt that it's real. But it sure is funny looking. Not to mention it probably get horrible mileage
The body shop pictures sure make for a convincing story - not only because there are so many pictures but also because someone would have spent quite a bit of time to create such an elaborate hoax. But why on Earth would you leave both antennae in place?

Did all you nay sayers even look at the photos that are posted on the Autoblog site? Particularly the one that shows the welds on the body, how they made the door, the photos that are basically showing the step by step procedures. The shot with the doors open, the interior shots. There are photo shops of everything out there - this is not one of them.
Whoever this 'hoyosilver' is, it's not me. Couldn't you have picked your own name? I think you're being teased, PC-12NG. Don't take it personally. We've seen these pictures before, and they were worth a thousand words then, too.

OK, IT'S SETTLED THEN. We need to find the owner of this vehicle, pay for his trip, and invite him to Hybridfest. If anyone shows up with a six-door Prius we will all take pictures. (if no one shows up with a six-door Prius, we will all take pictures and Photoshop them)
