Magic Man is a great song...Ann Wilson's soaring vocals would be way to much for me to handle!!! I've only got two karaoke songs. Let me add that I can only sing karaoke if I'm drunk--or well on my way to being drunk. Solo: Me and Bobby McGee Duet: Summer Nights (from Grease)
"You Ought To Know", by Alanis Morissette. It has been described by more than one person as "the scariest thing I have ever seen."
My Karaoke line-up changes, but I've been using That's Life (Frank's version) and Purple Rain on a regular basis. Now that I'm doing a production of Sordid Lives, I'm thinking I may throw in some country tunes, like All My Exes Live in Texas or The Drinkin' Bone. For the bars in my area these ones would get GREAT response.:cheer2:
I don't even sing in the shower when there's nobody else home, so no way am I doing karaoke. I played drums one night on "Rockin' in the Free World" but that was in the middle of nowhere without an audience.
Any journey song, or even some Iron Maiden. But I mostly rock out in my car. I get to nervous to sing in front of others as well, unless I am drunk.
