Six days ago I met my first Prius close-up. At first I thought it was a dorky little car, but soon changed my tune! The next day I found myself signing on the dotted line to get in line for a new 2008 Prius. I opted for the touring model - package 6. I listed 3 colors in order of preference: seaside pearl, silver, or white. Now for the BIG WAIT. Hope I can be patient.

I know how you feel PriusGroupie, I just got back from ordering my Prius and can't wait for the phone to ring! lol. I also ordered a Touring package 6. I ordered the Spectra Blue color, and I hear that color is pretty rare. Since you are willing to get the 3 different colors, I hope you get your soon, when you do you should post some pics!
I bought a Super White, but the other color that I really like is the Pine Mica (green). I don't like the darker colors because its blazing hot here in the summer.
It is also blazing hot in Texas in the summer. We have been known to have 30 days + in the 100 degree Temps. We lean to the lighter colors also, but the seaside pearl is such a beauty that we still list it as #1. (It seems to be a middle range color - not light and not dark).
