I just purchased a 2008 Prius, package 5. I was looking for a package 2, but there seems to be a run on them in the DC area. Has anyone else noticed that there are very few Prius's left on the lot? The first 3 days have been great!
:welcome: Welcome to PriusChat, rhd050! Prius on the lot depends on location, but I also read on another thread that ordering an '08 may not be possible now as Toyota prepares to switch over to the 2009 model year. No major changes are expected.
I have noticed that there are less Prii on the lot, I just thought that it was because of the location I reside. I hope that you like all the extra features that you got with the package 5. Bill, have you any idea when the 2009 will be on the market? I have a 2008 on order, and will go through with the purchase, just a little voice in my head that thinks I should wait. I realize there ins't going to be any big changes, I guess just the fact that its a 2009. Thanks in advance.
