oil change and check engine light....

    I have a 08 prius, and got an oil change at 5,000 miles like a good girl aught to, but the check engine light continued to blink then came one anyway. Is there a way to reset that light when you get the oil changed? I'm sure this has been posted a billion time before, but i couldn't find it. i would really appreciate any feedback.

    whoever changed your oil should have reset this, if they didnt i would recommend u have someone else do it next time

    did you get a 'maintenance required' light, or a 'check engine' light?
