I'm off to the most spectacularly-beautiful country I've ever seen in my life: southeastern British Columbia. I've been to New Zealand, Scotland, Belize, Costa Rica, Kenya, North Dakota, and Mexico, among others, and I've never seen anything to compare with the Selkirk Mountains of B.C., Canada. You can reach me by PM, but I don't expect to be reading the forums on PriusChat until I return in the fall. I will have internet access (via slow "satellite broadband" at some of the hiking lodges I'll be at) so I may post the occasional picture. Have a fun summer, everybody. I certainly expect to.
It won't be the same around here without you, Daniel. Have a fantastic trip! I can't wait to hear about it and see some pictures. Enjoy! Mike
Have a great time, Daniel, and bring back lots of pictures. It should be easy to take good shots where you're going. Yes, the Selkirks are very scenic, but THE most spectacular? Have you been to Jasper, Banff and Lake Louise yet?
Safe travels, friend! If you want to see something that might compare in natural beauty, try southern Utah some day. I've never been to BC but of all the places I have been, I look forward most to going back to Utah.
Man, those friend requests are really going to pile up while you're gone, Daniel! Have a good trip, and know that we are all jealous
Wow, I can't describe my jealousy at the moment. I have a hard time taking off a long weekend, let alone all summer. You're certainly living life... where I'm living a Dilbert comic strip.
