Alarm goes off whenever I open the door.....

    i got the second answerback, and passive mode (arming whenever you shut the doors) was not working, and after i put it in ready mode and turned it off, passive mode started to work as advertised and i was able to put it back in active mode afterwards

    remembering to unlock all the doors, and putting the key in and out perfectly seems to be the hardest part

    are you remembering to have all the doors unlocked first???

    it takes me an average of 10 times to get to the first answerback

    Yes. It is one of the initial condition steps. Of the 75+ times I've tried this, I don't think I've forgotten to have all the doors unlock even once.

    are you waiting for a beep or a flash of the lights as an answer back?

    all my answerback is an automatic locking of the drivers door
