LED Front Sidelights?

Hi there.

My new UK T Spirit Prius which is four weeks old has what looks just like a row of clear-cased LEDs between the sidelights and headlights on the front of the car both sides.

Are these LEDs? If so, how does one illuminate them?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response and the good wishes.

They certainly look like LEDs, but I can well believe you. I just wonder how hard it is to get the cluster out and fit some LEDs where the dummy ones are... Hmmm... Would save on power, methinks!
