Fully charged battery?

    For some reason I thought this was impossible, but I have heard of it happening on rare occasions.

    It just happened to me last night. Nothing unusual about my driving. No new hills or anything. Just a fluke?

    Apologies for the blur. I was rushing to get the cell phone pic as I was sitting at a stop sign with cars coming up behind me. :rolleyes:

    No, it's fairly common. Most often you will see this at the bottom of a big hill or in cold weather.

    Common here every single day as I come down the mountain.
    1/2 mile at 12 percent grade downhill.

    Well, I went down a big hill and it was cold. I guess that explains it. :)

    I think it's not really a full charge, I think that means you have an 80% or more charge.

    It gets so full that your Prius starts beeping at you that EV mode is not available.
