Nope. Why buy a used car? I already own a used car. I just read that the price on a 2009 will be coming down in May, so I unless I'm offered a really good deal, I'll be putting my car hunt on hold.
I'm still amazed that you are planning on trading in an incredibly low-mileage Prius because you don't like the interior of the 2010. With your yearly mileage I would expect another 24 years of driving from your current car. What does the 2009 have that your 2005 doesn't?
Good point about the used car. Spectra Blue seems like its a rare color. Good luck in the hunt though.
It's blue, gray interior, I'll get the highest package instead of the lowest one and it's 4 years newer. Mostly because I can get a premium for my HOV stickers. But the longer I wait, the more they lose value. The Spectra Blue will be my "retirement" car. That's the car I'll keep for 25 years...or until there's no more gas or I replace it with an EV.
