Does anyone know if these lug nuts will fit on the 2009 model OEM rims? The manufacturer says "do not use on OEM rims." Somebody please tell me why the heck not??? They are 12X1.5 and have a 60 degree seat. They should fit, shouldn't they?

The OEM rims (I have a 2007) have flat seats, not tapered. The OEM wheel nuts have a built in flat washer that fits the seat.
