I used the recommended NGK's, changed them in 2008 when my Prius had around 160,000 km on it. The old plugs looked ok, didn't noitce any difference in how it ran My FJ, I use the recommended regular NGK plugs, and change them every fall ($18 for the plugs). With the FJ, there is a difference in how it runs You may also want to inspect and clean your MAF and TB. It's easy enough
I think you already know - since you ran a picture of them! I changed mine at 100,000 miles, and the old ones did not look bad. 120K is the recommended interval, I just did it at 100K along with a bunch of other work, all routine.
