Sorry, no pics yet. We got home, ate and I took my son to a baseball game and just got home. Pics of it in the garage suck as my Trans Am blocks a fair amount of it. What a misfit driveway I have now. 2000 Pontiac Trans Am Firehawk - Red 2008 Chevy HHR SS - Red (the ugly red headed step child) 2010 Prius IV Blue Ribbon Metallic My wife will be driving a bunch in the next few days, I'll try and snap a few pics and get some feedback from her and post again this weekend. We waited a month for the car so she is thrilled it's here!
Congratulations! I'm sure your going to have many fun experiences with this car. I also had to wait a fair amount of time before mine arrived, so I know the feeling and excitement of it finally arriving. Grab some pictures ASAP I can't wait to see it. Once again, congrats and enjoy your new Gen III Prius.
:welcome:Congratulations! :cheer2: We love our car and it is teaching us how to be more responsible drivers if that makes any sense.
Ha Ha. Not worse than mine. 07 Prius 1.5L 4cyl ~ 48 mpg 01 Toyota Avalon 3.0L 6cyl ~21 mpg 97 Ford Explorer 4.0L 6cyl ~15 mpg 99 Rexall MH 6.8L 10cyl ~ 8 mpg What do you suppose the neighbors think?
I got around to taking pics finally. They arent the best but you get the idea. I do like the car. I got to drive her today and I'm impressed! She's got about 225 miles on her now. The steering is touchy and while people complain the tires are noisey, it's still quieter than her old honda van or any of my cars. I wish we could have gotten the 17" tires but we didn't want to pony up for a model V just for tires. Maybe I'll get her 17's for next summer and use the 15"s for winter? So far the average MPG is 45 which is moer than twice my cars and the van we got rid of. No complaints there. We both love the blue! I dubbed her "little blue" and will get my wife a custom plate when we get the registration. (I don't usually name our cars)
