delete 'SETTINGS'

    is there any way to delete the "SETTINGS" notification in the display window (2010 Gen III)? I like a clean, blank screen unless I ask for a display.

    If you're talking about the MID, just go to the SETTINGS --> SCREEN and turn it off.

    But doesn't it come back on when you restart the car?
