I have a 2010 Prius IV with Solar. When I am driving and have the Climate Control System off and just want Vent outside air on - the air seems to come out the temp that was set to when the system was on? If it was set on 82, and the outside air is 75, it sends warm air into the car. If I turn the system on and reset the temp to 75, then turn if off again - cooler air comes out?
