      High Chip, 23mpg? I think I had a 43mpg but never 23. Since I've had the car we have had constant heavy rain and wind which kills mpg. I was also swapping out the OE tires with new ones so I just drove fast without a care for mpg until the rains stop and the new tries break in a bit. The result was a 45mpg tank (indicated) 43.7mpg calculated.
