don't u mean ev-mode? eco mode forces the engine to run at more efficient rpm ranges for parts of the accelerator pedal.
That's a lithium POLYMER battery, not a lithium ion battery.
Just like to point out: once you discharge a lead acid battery, it is damaged... and will lose alot of capacity.
There have been complaints about the seats in the prius. You may want to sit in it and see how well you fit.
