Why would you change your oil that early? The oil in your Prius is the break in oil from the Toyota Factory. I would leave it in there till 5k-10k...

You should bring it back to where you got the glass replaced and have them trouble shoot it since they were the one who installed it.

I would drain it out until its either on the 2nd dot or between the min and max dot, it can cause problems for your vehicle if its overfilled.
