Fog light assembly - how to remove

Does any one know how to remove the fog light assembly. I can get to it.. But don't see how it's held in place. thanks!!

How to disable the High Beams turning off the fog lights

Hi.. How do disable the High Beams from turning off the fog lights? I'm upgrading my fog light and would them to stay on with the Hi-Beams.. thanks
