What I said is true. If the rear headrests are installed the full motion of the "new" wiper is still useless and that wiper is hideous.

Re-install the headrests and that new wiper is as useless as the OEM one.
I have not kept individual MPG's for city/highway but after 5 fill ups I have never averaged below 51 MPG and that is actual, not indicated.
