Ok here is a picture of the plug with wires. If you are saying 21 is yellow that's not matching up with the drawing.
I will check both when I get home in a couple of hours. Went would the voltage reading not be the same for each from car to car?
So I guess the next question is going to be why I would be getting the different readings on the plug between the 2 cars.

Ok there is no door open indicator on. I'm also assuming if it was it would trigger the key in slot indicator beep if the key was in the ignition.
