and the trouble code read at premier oil change said E G R low voltage detected . and my check with the 19 dollar trash obi reader said egr low...
so just to maybe help someone else . problem solved . BAD EGR .the plunger is thtreaded . and can work its self loose . giving all the symptons i...
dosnt run long .but didnt feel like there was much pressure .im guessing cutting the cat isnt really a option .would spin the computer out .
also forgot to mention i took the egr apart and i moved in and out freely .
and for the record it has never used any oil . zip ..zilch

just ran it withe scanner i have . p0102 egr low voltage !
i dont mean to be short .just very taxing ! the engine starts up intstantly but the inverter or what ever it is tries to engage and imediatly...
it is about 220k . as stated head gasket just replaced . bent rod at the same time. has been running grt. . until .! now when it starts terrible...
so... i guess ya cant read . plainly says in my post i went to oil changer and had them plug in the obiwan guage thing . it came up as egr . now...
not now . i unpluged the egr and drove it to see what that would do . dont ever try that ! drove out of the drive , about one mi . now dead . says...

i guess it would be best to just replace the orig. headlights with a upgrade . any recommendation's ?
